happy first of october.

yep, it is now october.

i'm not sure what it is, but something about this month always lifts my spirits.
it has always been my favorite.
autumn is finally here, it feels like the first good rainy day. though i don't like the uber-cold, i do love fall and the changes it brings. i think i can really appreciate it now that i'm not in school; high school, anyways.

of course with october brings my favorite holiday.
the costume ideas are bouncing around in my little head.
i think i'm gonna be CatWoman [a classy, yet sexed-up CatWoman], but i guess we'll see.

i checked my calendar on my phone, and today is exactly two weeks until disneyland.
this is a much needed vacation, and i'd say a great way to celebrate a two year anniversary for the Buhs.

today will be a good day; i'm actually going to accomplish a few things that need to be attended to.
i love that just knowing the date puts a better outlook on the day.
