Day-cation, time to get away.
Tuesday was Andre's birthday, so Lilli, Ben, Andy, Erin C., Ashley, and I took two cars down to Santa Cruz to see the birthday boy and James. It was such a great success, and such a nice day. I needed that, especially after working for nearly 13 hours with both jobs the day before. Lilli took a lot of pictahs on her new beautiful camera, so hopefully I can get some of those soon and post them up. Laid out on the beach, ate burritos, played frizbee, and avoided the water. Lilli and I drove down together, and on the ride home we took Ben back to San Francisco. And we learned to never play Padiddle with Lilli, the Padiddle Queen. Haha. Got into the City late and ran on the beach with nothing but the hearts on our sleeves. Saw Ben's temp. apartment [love it] and then finally headed back to Santa Rosa. After 2am milkshakes and long girl talk, I finally went to bed, slightly sunburned [nose and shoulders] and extremely happy.
I hate that I'm kindof jealous right now. I haven't felt jealous in ages, and it's been awesome. As much as I hate to admit it, I sort of miss Ethan. It was good to see him. Ugh, needing to move now.
