Heaven opens a magic lane.
Low and behold, I am actually excited about Christmas.
With our red Charlie Brown tree and still unknown dinner plans.
It will be a great Christmas.
I am suddenly in the Holiday Spirit. After weeks of helping customers and wearing fake smiles while they toss just-folded shirts into a big heap, and the crowd quickly becomes meaner and more forgetful that retail workers have souls, and more importantly, feelings; it is all genuine.
Plus I've been watching National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation, so maybe that's helped a bit. :)
