Yesterday was my first I guess official day as a college student. I'm taking beginning fencing from 9am-1030am and beginning Italian from 5pm-7pm Mondays and Wednesdays. Then math150A (algebra) from 130pm-3pm and English1A from 4pm-6pm Tuesdays and Thursdays. Sundays are Orchestra from 7pm-10pm. Busy, busy. I'm glad to be back in school, and so far, I like my classes and teachers. Sadly though, when I was in Italian I kept thinking how much I missed French.
I am really, really excited about fencing. All we did yesterday was find gloves, jackets, and masks that fit us. I don't think I have been so excited about something like this in a while. Obviously I haven't even held a foil or had a duel with another fencer, but I have a feeling I would like to really grow with this and try to become very good. Watching them fight just ignites something inside me. Hah.
Off to the SRHS band//orchestra concert, cause I love my babies.
