Odd

It's odd how people react when a celebrity dies. It's almost impossible to imagine. "They were too young." "They were just filming a movie." It makes you, or at least myself, really think about how we view celebrities. How, subconciously, we view them as immortal, if not in real life, we can definitely just pop a dvd in and see how alive they are. And how I have this weird feeling knowing that, though I had never met nor would probably never meet this person, it hurts that they are gone from this world, never to entertain us again. The death of any person is awful, this I know from experience, clearly me not being the one who has died. I don't want to sound like some silly little girl in love with an Actor, because really, truly, this is not the case. But I was completely shocked to hear of the death of Heath Ledger. Something about this Actor, and I capitalize to make my point, seemed...well really I can't explain. To be honest I got a little worked up when I heard it from a second source. I'm feeling like the death of this celebrity is much different than the death of another...when it completely isn't at all. Just another pretty face that I did not meet. It seems like he couldn't have died, that he shouldn't have died. Like I have some right to know when people can and cannot pass on. And now my blog is just turning into this weird blabbering that I feel isn't like me. So to the point. I'm sad Heath Ledger died. I'm sad the last film he was in, though it shall be a good one, was one were we females can't admire his beautiful face. I hope Dark Knight will be even better and more badass than we hoped for. R.I.P.
